Contains 186.4mg sodium per tablet. Quantity of sodium per maximum daily dose is 5593.2mg. Contains glucose. Not suitable for the treatment of iron deficiency anemia.

Safety Directions: Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhoea persists for more than:
– 6 hours in infants under 6 months.
– 12 hours in children under 3 years.
– 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years.
– 48 hours in children over 6 years and adults.

Directions

13 years to adult: Dissolve 2 tablets in 200mL fresh water. Drink according to the dosage shown below. Discard unused solution after 2 hours or 24 hours if refrigerated.

Usage: Before & After Physical Activity:
Take 200-400mL Hydralyte Sports within 2 hours prior to and after activity to help establish healthy hydration status.

During Physical Activity:
Low to moderate intensity: Consume 200-400mL Hydralyte sports every hour of physical activity.
High intensity activity or profuse sweating: Consume 400-800mL Hydralyte Sports every hour of physical activity. Regulate consumption in response to first and other signs of dehydration. Consume drinking water, in between doses, if required.

Maximum Daily Dose:
According to body weight, (<60kg) – take up to 3 x 600mL doses per day during activity.
(>60kg) – take up to 5 x 600mL doses per day during activity, or as directed by your healthcare professional. For long term use, seek advice from a healthcare professional.
